Keyword Research & Mapping
- Identify primary and secondary keywords list
- Analyze competitor keywords for opportunities.
- Map targeted keywords
- Use Ubersuggest tool for keywords research
On-Page SEO Implementation
- Write unique and optimized meta titles (60-70 characters) and meta descriptions (150-160 characters) for each page.
- In wordpress website, use Yoast plugin to optimize title, description and meta tags
- Use H1 tags for main headings and H2/H3 for subheadings in the correct hierarchy.
- Add target keywords naturally in content without stuffing.
- Optimize images with descriptive file names and alt text.
- Ensure proper internal linking with relevant anchor text.
- Ensure URLs are clean, short, and keyword-friendly (no unnecessary parameters).
- Use schema markup (e.g., organization, FAQ, product) where applicable.
- Set canonical tags to avoid duplicate content issues.
Technical SEO
- Check the website is mobile-friendly and passes Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test.
- Fix crawl errors (404s, server errors) from Google Search Console.
- Submit and maintain XML sitemap; resubmit after major changes.
- Check and update robots.txt file for correct indexing rules.
- Implement HTTPS (SSL) across the entire website.
- Enable browser caching, minify CSS/JS, and enable GZIP compression.
- Use lazy loading for images and videos.
- Remove or redirect broken links (internal & external).
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track keyword rankings monthly.
- Monitor organic traffic and engagement metrics via Google Analytics & GSC.
