Objective:
Plan and prepare media byte questions in advance—both generic industry-focused and event-specific. Get the final list approved and printed for event-day use. On the day, approach speakers and awardees professionally, share the question sheet, and guide them through short on-camera responses, starting with an intro. Coordinate with the video team to ensure quality footage. After the event, organise and label the video files clearly and share them with the social media team for editing and publishing.
