Objective:
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media coverage for events—starting with pre-event teasers, registrations, and speaker promotions, followed by live coverage with real-time posts, stories, and behind-the-scenes content. Post-event, repurpose content into reels, thank-you messages, emailers, and press releases to sustain engagement and amplify reach.

Pre-Event
- Create teaser Content for raising the Hype and registration to drive attendance.
- Content during this time includes Teaser, registration staps, sponsor announcement, panel and keynote speaker announcements.
- Organize and share event asset folders by type and status for easy access and collaboration.
- Make sure to add stories about the event every 3-4 days, keep the event post pinned on Instagram and Linkedin
- For Events - Tag individuals only for Advisory boards and always confirm with the editorial team before tagging the company name.
- Tag the Speakers - Send collaboration request
- Add different CTA for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Start sending emailers created by the team one month before the event and post them on Every day or Alternate days as required.
- Share emailers and posts on social media of speakers and panels one to two weeks before the event.
- Make Captions before the event for CEO Opening note, Panels, Keynotes Sessions, Awards etc. and get it checked by your manager for approval.
- Prepare the plan of how you are going to capture the event from start to end like, opening of the event, taking pictures and videos of the event for social media.
- Always take Dongal for data connection for posting and live coverage during the event. Recharge the data plan before the event. Do not be dependent on the venue Wifi network.
- Make Sure to take appropriate equipment like a good camera (DSLR/Iphone) for better picture quality, Stand for taking stable videos and images.
During Event
- Reach the Venue 2 hours before the event for preparation.
- Check and do dry dun at the venue of all the creatives made for the panels, sessions, Advertisement videos given by sponsors.
- Keep all the devices ready and handy for posting and shooting images and videos.
- Check for the place where you can find a strong network connection for fast uploading and live coverage of the event.
- Provide live coverage via Instagram Stories, Reels, LinkedIn updates and YouTube live streams.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and engage audiences with live sessions and immediate updates.
- Post all the Panels and Keynote Sessions with a good image and Captions.
- Make sure to capture all the good moments of people talking and connecting on the floor with and post it and during the event as highlights.
- Keep posting stories on Instagram for better engagement and tags and collaborate with the people in the stories for better reach.
Post-Event
- Edit and repurpose event content into highlight reels, speaker bytes, and recap videos for different platforms to sustain audience interest and showcase event success.
- Send thank you messages and e-mails to the speakers and attendees for attending the event and making it Awesome with some nice catchy captions and creative images through Whatsapp and Mailchimp.
- Send Emailers through Mailchimp regarding the event.
- Make press releases about the event and panels and sessions
- Edit the interviews taken and post them as scheduled in the calendar.
- Share the made posts online to groups and contacts for better reach and views.
- Separate the videos from the question base and if needed merge then and make one nice video for posting.
- Make a video of people who answered the question, describe the event in one word and post it on all Social Media platforms.
