- To ensure consistent, clear, and professional placement of all sponsor and partner logos across event-related communication and collateral, maintaining brand visibility and hierarchy as per partnership tiers.

- Pinterest - For moodboards and visual inspiration (branding, event setups)
- Adobe Photoshop - For static social creatives and banners
- Adobe Illustrator - For logo design, vector art, and print materials
- Canva – For templates, social media graphics, and quick-turn emailers
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Main tool for editing teaser videos, promo films, and wrap-ups
- Adobe After Effects – For animation, and visual effects
Asset Access & Collaboration
- All creatives must be stored in a centralized folder for easy access by all stakeholders.

- Designers and the website developer must coordinate to ensure logos are correctly placed and all updates are reflected across the website and digital creatives.
Logo Hierarchy & Placement Guidelines
1. Logo Tiers
- 1.1. Main Sponsor
- Receives prime logo placement.
- Logo size should be the largest and appear at the center or topmost row in all creative placements.
- 1.2. Sponsors
- Logos should be approximately 40% the size of the EMERGE logo.
- Placed below the Main Sponsor logo.
- All sponsor logos must be of equal size, ensuring visual uniformity.
- 1.3. Partners (e.g., Knowledge Partner, PR Partner, Session Partner, Support Partner)
- Logos should be around 30% the size of the EMERGE logo.
- Positioned beside or below sponsor logos, depending on layout and available space.
- Partner logos should be slightly smaller or equal in size to sponsor logos, but must remain clearly visible.
Agenda Document Logo Placement
- The event logo will be placed at the top.
- All sponsor and partner logos should appear just below the event logo and before the agenda content begins.
- Follow the tiered hierarchy:
- Main Sponsor logo (center and large)
- Sponsor logos (below, in one or two rows)
- Partner logos (at the bottom or beside sponsor logos)
- The partner designation below it ( or partner, knowledge partner, etc)
Website Logo Placement
- On the event website, replicate the same visual hierarchy:
- Main Partner logo prominently placed (center or top row in the sponsor section).
- Sponsor logos aligned below.
- Partner logos either beside sponsor logos or in a separate row below.
Logo Specifications
- All logos must be in high-resolution PNG/SVG formats with transparent backgrounds.
- Logos should be proportionally scaled and not stretched or distorted.
- Clear space around each logo should be maintained to ensure visibility and brand integrity.
