Objective:

Utilize filters to narrow down options based on price, amenities, and guest ratings. Sort results by distance to your event venue to ensure proximity. Thoroughly review recent guest feedback and property details. Use the map feature to verify the hotel's location and cross-reference with Google Maps for accuracy. Once satisfied, proceed to book, ensuring you note all confirmation details and communicate any special requests to the property.

Early Planning and Search (1 Month in Advance)
- Visit Booking.com
- Enter Search Criteria
- Destination: Input the city or specific area near your event venue.
- Dates: Select check-in and check-out dates, ideally starting your search at least one month prior to your stay.
- Guests: Specify the number of adults.
Apply Filters
- Price Range: Set a budget to narrow down options.
- Property Type: Hotels, Apartments.
- Amenities: Breakfasts Included
Check Property Details
- Photos: Examine images of rooms and facilities.Also, check the local are if it fits from safety perspective.
- Policies: Review cancellation policies, check-in/out times, and house rules.
- Payment Options: Note if prepayment is required or if free cancellation is available.
Check the Distance of hotel from venue on Google Map
- Search the Hotel on google map and checked the distance from Hotel to Venue.
- Also check that there is any traffic or signal on that road for travelling.
Finalize the Booking
Select the Preferred Property:
- Choose the hotel that best fits your criteria and is conveniently located near your event venue.
- Complete the Booking Process:
- Click on “Reserve” or “Book Now.” Enter guest details and payment information as required.
- Review all details before confirming the booking.

- Enter the details of Card (Take the details from the Manager/Event Head)
- Card Number
- Card Expiry
- Card CVV
- Card Name
- The OTP will be sent to the finance team
- Ask for the OTP and the payment will be done.
- Send the receipt to the finance team over email
Download the Application
- Fab Hotel India
- After downloading the application register with your number.
- After that you can see the confirmed Hotel booking receipt or bill of the payment which you can show to the hotel receptionist.
