- Get internal approval from Manager
Send Interview Kit
- Email the questionnaire (PDF) with a 2-week deadline.
- Request a high-resolution image for publication.
Follow-Up
- If there is no response in 2 weeks, send a polite reminder.
Post-Submission
- Edit responses for grammar, clarity, and structure.
- Proofread and finalize the article from Editor
- Share edited draft for final approval with the interview with a tentative publish date.
